The Agency was briefed to develop a dedicated microsite to help with the recruitment process at Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts. The site contains all information relevant to potential employees including growth opportunities, Jumeirah’s philosophy, expansion plans etc. While the site follows brand guidelines - universal icons were introduced to make the site more appealing to a younger audience and to make it more globally appealing while communicating in a single language.

The Agency managed all aspects of this project from the sitemap development, information flow charts, wireframes, XHTML encoding and eventual deployment.

Burj Al Arab - Enchanting Festivities (Microsite)

The festive period - Christmas and New Year's Eve is a huge revenue generator for the hospitality industry. Offers have to be very competitive and communication needs to be able to cut through the clutter and offer an exciting experience to convince potential customers to make a specific property or outlet their choice for the period.

In addition to its traditional media mix, the Agency developed a special microsite dedicated to the festive period with the core concept being a fantastic exaggeration of the property covered in snow. The two mnemonics combine to instantly say – ‘Festive season at Burj Al Arab’ and the site is able to convey all the offers for the period while allowing the client to be very flexible with any changes they may wish to make such as pricing, additional offers and so forth, at no extra cost.

The Emirates High Street (EDMs)

Emirates High Street, part of The Emirates Group retail arm is an online shopping portal, which stocks a variety of products, including luxury goods, must-have gadgets and experience packages. Customers can use Skywards Miles, earned by members of Emirates airline's frequent flyer loyalty scheme, a credit card - or a combination of both - to buy products for themselves or friends and family living in locations all over the world.

The Agency manages almost all of the Emirates High Street online direct mailers that go to customers and Skyward members database promoting various offers and products between different promotional seasons. Each mailer is designed with unique visuals creatively promoting product values and benefits.

Sirius (EDMs)

Sirius is Jumeirah Group's loyalty, recognition and reward program. As part of their promotional mix, Sirius regularly updates their members of offers available to them through partnerships with Jumeirah brands and even other luxury brands they collaborate with regularly. Agency regularly develops these creative’s supported with apt visual mnemonics and product information that allows customers to click through and learn more.

TALISE (Digital flip book & sales presentation)

Talise is Jumeirah's Spa brand offering a unique and esoteric blend in services as it combines eastern philosophies of Chakra Healing with the western, Spa concept. In order to better explain the concept to existing and potential stakeholders and partners, the Agency was briefed to create a portable presentation that was dynamic and modern and yet clearly able to elaborate on the various aspects of the spa including the product offering, brand architecture and financials.
